Basic dough recipe pempek
HOW TO MAKE:
Shape dough pempek like pieces of wood (round or flat and long).
- Shape Flat
- Round Shape
- Small Lenjer
Boil until cooked floating and then chill.
Pempek lenjer multi function, because it can be used as material to make:- Laksan - Crackers / kemplang - Lenggang - Rojak noodles
